Flashing on Vista 64bit

has anybody flashed a rom on Vista 64 bit successfully ?

is that possible ?

octane gives just an error after shutting down the phone..

(I changed the properties of octane.exe to run in win xp service pack 2 mode. sp3 is not being listed. I'm sure that i use the latest octane.exe)

I am able to connect via activesync though.
