Importing mymaps?

am i the only one here that can layout a route on google maps from the computer side but when i try to open the same map in google maps mobile i get a error that says "the community map cannot be loaded because it contains errors"?

basicallly wanted to map out several yardsale locations on the pc and then have them sync to my phone

is there a fix for google maps and if not how would you go about accomplishing this task?
