Guest Rem1x Posted December 18, 2010 Report Posted December 18, 2010 Rem1x, could you please apply the GalaS theme for this framework? I would be really happy if you would do it :) framework.rar Some one locked the RAR/APK, so no :/
Guest fonix232 Posted December 18, 2010 Report Posted December 18, 2010 Some one locked the RAR/APK, so no :/ Looks like a bug got into my system :S Here you go again, and thanks! framework.zip
Guest Gryphonic Posted December 20, 2010 Report Posted December 20, 2010 (edited) I have the same problem as 71baker with the elegant steel theme, except that my backup worked ;) Clockwork flashes it, then on reboot the modaco boot image pops up, and flashes occasionally. I left it for about 15min before giving up. I'd love to get that theme working - it looks amazing :) Running Pauls 2.2 alpha3 Edited December 20, 2010 by Gryphonic

You SHOULDNT have to do this, but I have found I have had to a couple of times when changing the framework.

Guest Maxxo Posted December 20, 2010 Report Posted December 20, 2010 Here you go as promised, just flash this file with Clockwork Recovery to go back to the original 2.2 Framework. Is there also an original 2.1 framwork available here? Thanks

Guest HMZX Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 can someone try to make a iphone sort of theme if i tried id definitely brick my phone!
Guest djanesch Posted December 29, 2010 Report Posted December 29, 2010 I have flashed the ZTE-Blade of my wife with "[ROM] [froyo] Japanese Jellyfish RLS1 [2010-12-27] [OLED+TFT]". Is it possible to flash with this framework or do I need an other ROM to work with this Framework?
Guest Twitch58 Posted December 30, 2010 Report Posted December 30, 2010 Thanks mate, I'll try to do something with this, will let you know if I make progress. :( Cheers Hey Guys, first post! Be gentle. Has anyone been able to make this theme work for the DroidX yet? I get a boot animation hang after loading with clockwork. Ive also tried ROM manager and metamorph. Metamorph wont even extract the zip. Any ideas? I love this Revo theme and want it BAD!
Guest Willz Posted December 30, 2010 Report Posted December 30, 2010 Rem1x, I heard the bad news about your blade. ;) Would you mind sending me all you have of that theme you were helping me with please? Maybe I could ask Frankish really nicely to finish it up for me. :(
Guest diggerbycroft18 Posted January 3, 2011 Report Posted January 3, 2011 I cant install any of the themes on my San Fran, i just get the modaco logo boot loop. Running Pauls 2.2 Alpha 3, 2.1 themes worked fine.
Guest m_w_clarke Posted January 3, 2011 Report Posted January 3, 2011 In Clockwork, try doing a wipe of cache and/or data and then reboot. I know its a pain, but it may solve the issue. Hopefully you have a backup of all your data and apps.
Guest diggerbycroft18 Posted January 4, 2011 Report Posted January 4, 2011 yeh did that and works fine now, thanks.
Guest adamguest1985 Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 (edited) Do I need to reflash my rom to get my original framework back? I zipped up the framework and services file from my original rom but I think the compression caused a problem because when i tried to flash, clockwork said "can't open xxx.zip (bad)" and aborted. leaving the theme in tact.... Does it need signing? Or, as a very helpful post, could someone upload stock 2.1 and 2.2 frameworks? Edited January 24, 2011 by adamguest1985
Guest Amsome1 Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 HELP! I'm a complete noob when it comes to android and what you can do to it. I rooted my phone, got clockwork recovery, got flib's 2.2 rom, downloaded the galaxyS_framwork.zip, and flashed it. I know i didn't brick my phone, since it goes into the ZTE animation, but it keeps looping it. Is there a way to fix this and get the galaxy s theme to work? THANKS! ~Jeff

If you want Android 2.2 themes, for FLb rom, take a look here android.modaco.com/content-page/329079/themes-for-flb-g2-r7-all-themes-available You will have to power off your phone, take the SD card and copy over manually. Then put your SD card back in and enter clockwork and flash again. You did start up your phone at least once with Flibs 2.2 rom, didnt you? You must do this first, with no modificaitons.
Guest Frankish Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 You can mount the sdcard from clockwork recovery to copy over the correct theme files. From the link in my sig :D You actually CAN add a theme to a rom zip and flash both at the same time as long as they are signed correctly. Which all my themes now are :P

Which all my themes now are :P Oh. I didnt know that. I was going off Flibs guide in his threads that says not to do that. I've learnt something today :D I learn ALOT on this forum
Guest Frankish Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 Yeah at one point we all seemed to forget about signing the framework etc. When your modifying an existing rom you don't really know what it has been signed with. Now all rom makers are resigning their files i can sign themes with the same key. This mean all is well in the land of modding :P
Guest ololizoz Posted February 22, 2011 Report Posted February 22, 2011 Can these themes be ported to CM7?
Guest HMZX Posted February 28, 2011 Report Posted February 28, 2011 Can these themes be ported to CM7? thread about that here: http://android.modaco.com/content/zte-blad...7-theme-making/
Guest Kthulhu Posted March 19, 2011 Report Posted March 19, 2011 What happens to the links to the 2.1 mods. :D .does could anyone uploaded them? Thanks
