Dictonary Problem

Hello i'm having problems adding words to dictionary, i type the word, click on it and add to dictionary. then i try to write the word i just added to dictionary again but it doesn't spell the word even tho the word is in the dictionary folder. any one else having this problem? and know how to fix it. oh and i haven't rooted my phone.

I get the same issue. But this time I AM rooted.....
