For GPS (not A-GPS!!!) on Liquid A1: flash gps fix provided by Xian1243 in the original CM6 thread :P

Tested with Google Maps and CoPilot Live, worked like a charm! (still no a-gps, so News and Weather widget won't recognize your location)

i have the a1 also and the gps work from the beggining.

i cant understant why phones have different working features with the same rom. :P :D

Well... think about CPU stability for example... not all liquids are the same! I'm in the lucky ones who are perfectly stable at 998, but others can't go over 883 or 921. Maybe some liquids have a slightly different GPS kit, who knows?

well I could make a new build any day, but the same hardware would be working (or not working) :)
