lg gt 540 connecting with pc suite IV and sincronizing

when i connect my lg gt540 with pc suite iv and start sincronyzing , one minute or two after the sincronyzing stops and i receive the message " phone is not responding". I've disconnected the screen saver on the phone so it doesnt disconnects but it doesn't work! can someone help?

You need to activate backround activities, auto sync and create a google account. Then you can sync with the suite.

thanks. i've one all of that but it doesn't work. After starting trhe process of syncronizing , after 1 minute , the process is interrupted , with the message "telephone is not rsponding". So it stops the process of comunication abruptaly. Some of the contacts have been transfered but not all.
