Questions as this file is a ZIP file and not a BIN file:

- how do I update with this ROM? Via malez recovery?

- as this is not the full BIN will it upgrade my radio or just the OS files? (the full BIN updates everything)

2. AccountAndSyncSettings.apk had been removed.

3. wifi is obtaining IP

Thanks you very much for the update. Wifi is freezing for now caused by my dumb heroic effort to fix the file ownership/permission.

I'll fix it as soon as i can, i'll be off for here for tonight however.

So Raymond just flash this patch unsigned:

WifiPAtch for JS-ROMtest0.2

The bug was a mistakenly added line to the ROM's update-scripter making 1 wrong permission to a single file. Now this ROM is the first exact copy of the system with the correct owner/permission of all files. Not even LCR team could say that, but of course its LCR. So, I bow to them.

So now it should work, but soon I'll make a better version with your apks added to it.

feature:

file owner/permissions fixed. Only ROM that has the exact copy of permissions/ownerships of system files and directories. Also fixed proper toolbox symlinks.

This time its a full ROM.

deleted apps are the same.

rooted and busyboxed.

data/cache not wiped. You have to wipe it yourself if you want.

Apps/dalvik2sd ready, compatible with Malez apps/dalvik2sd (full included Data to SD not tested) - This ROM will not move anything to SD, but you may use malez recovery to move them.

Apps2SD could be other than ext2. Try it at your own risk.

added the 3 apps: quickboot, gscript-lite, LauncherPro (that could be on top of acerUI)

AccountAndSyncSettings.apk you can not add your google account.

Launcher2.apk show fc when you are back to android ui.

YouTube.apk you can not see youtube.

If you need those files, just take it. I packed them from original rom.

The file is a ZIP, I have a full LauncherPRO, can I replace the free one in the ROM just by deleting the file and include mine and everyfile I want as long as I don't add more space than the removed? I mean on the ROM before I flash it and not after.

You may try, however you may not abiding by the licensing rule, and can lose be guaranteed to update it for you from the market. In fact I have the license for the docs2go for eclaire 2.1, and now I cannot use the same license on the froyo leak.

Yes you may go back to stock animation, by deleting "/system/media/bootanimation.zip"

The ROM is due only to the froyo leak is fast and reliable that since froyo leak, i had ZERO freeze on my phone.

This ROMs aim is to try to be adaptable to any ddemands like rooting, apps2sd and such.

You may be right with LatinIME, and all of LatinAPKs may be needed back on the stock.

For now have fun.

Go to malez recovery. attach to your computer/usb

type commands:

adb push this boot.img /sdcard/

adb flash_image boot /sdcard/boot.img

adb shell rm /sdcard/boot.img

Now my market download.

If you can't do it, later I'll give you something to flash so you can have market download.

I love joos update ROMs as instead of too much tunning it cleans the ROM as it should be :)

I´m going to be out for a couple of days so instead of updating now I´ll wait for a new leak + JSRT v0.4 with all sort out and hopefully with more "garbage" cleaned :)

Future features I hope to see:

- along with the ROM it may be a good idea to upload a compressed file with the APKs left out just in case people want those missing wallpapers, etc

- battery percentage icon (if it doesn´t waste more battery). Please DON´T change the battery update frequency as it will spend more battery!

- include script (with autorun on boot option) with extra touchscreen/touch button sensibility
