Suitable Silicone Case & Screen Protector for San Francisco by Orange

Got a grey case from Sohogopher I only got 1 screen protector as well. The case had a few scuff marks on the back and the top left corner is a little bit loose. Surely it hasn't been used? I mean these phones were only released 3 months ago. I cleaned it up and most of the scuff marks are off now. Not really worth asking for another one is it?

Maybe it's a return because of the loose corner. Sohogopher is not good with communication so I wish you luck dealing with him/her.

good luck with those in the summer! sunlight renders your screen pretty much useless with those mirror protectors!

Anyway..

Got my cover from Timeblast today, fits perfect in everyway, tight all the way round, all cut-outs in the right place and all buttons line up.

Mine was scratched/scuffed a little on the back to, no lose area other then the volume keys not being flush. I assumed the marks where from the process of making.

I really did get a bad deal then. Possible used case, not having flush volume keys covered, power button also covered strangely (both buttons work fine though), only 1 of 2 screen covers. I just saw the case fitted and left feedback. The idea of the phone being protected that little bit more just made me feel all was OK. :D

another vote for timeblast from me - only ordered a couple of days ago and they're here (and i was being awkward about colours lol!)

they are truly made-to-measure, even the usb socket is accessible and no manual cutting to do around the camera lens etc.

After I threatened negative feedback he replied today and said he would post the missing screen protector.

I guess I was lucky because my jelly case seemed brand new and arrived in about 10 days. Seems very hit and miss with him though.

The window in which I can open a dispute will be getting very close at this stage.

Start always start a dispute with paypal after 14 days anyway then you can escalate to a claim even after the claim window is gone, i always inform the other party what i am doing and in the comments section say the same, when and if the item arrives if its not as described you can change the claim from not arrived to not as described - ie parts missing etc, dont forget a lot of hk sellers charge very low prices and high postage knowing that the postage side is not refundable and you will be out of pocket if you send it back, so a neg feedback is always usefull in that situation.
