I did that! Root the phone and use Titanium Backup to remove the extra apps. I want to remove the bootimage too. Anybody knows how to do that? Guest TheLostSwede Posted October 7, 2010 Report Share Posted October 7, 2010 (edited) Not sure, but if you go into /system/sounds/lgeAT and delete PowerOn.mp3 you get rid of the Android noise at boot. It's also possible to change other system sounds under /system/media/audio I would guess that the boot animation is found in /bootimages but I'm wouldn't swear to it, but the rle files are meant to be related to the boot animation.
