When changing the theme, you must have a progress dialog that displays "generating required files". It take about 5 seconds.

You say is it not a root access issue. What have you done to exactly to validate this conclusion ?

Well, I've during 5secondes the pop-up "generating required files", so it isn't here..

And LCR Settings have root because I can change bootanimation. And for changing the file /data/local/ bootanimation.zip, you must have root.

And I've removing and re-added several times root access to LCR settings, and always same.

What theme are you trying to apply.

(I have just appliedy this one from simoneser to see http://android.modaco.com/content/acer-liq...cr-f-theme-new/ . It is nice)

why my widget always say "problem loading widget" after rebooting,, but it strange, because its affect only 2 widget, they are data counter and extended control..

other widget seems fine, i'm using temperature, setcpu, fancy widget and es task manager widget, but the problem is on 2 widget like i said before..

i thought after flashing this patch (1.1) can resolve my problem, but i had same problem when im using LCR-f 1.0 (without patch)

did anyone had same problem with me?

anyway,, LCR are one of my fovourite ROM..

- I did test another Liquid E in a store and it seemed to work much better than mine so it's possible my mic is defective. However, I was just looking at the bug report section of your site and noticed someone else logged a similar issue with speakerphone mic being too low (note: I had this problem with the stock Acer froyo and the original official 2.1 that came with the phone). However, in his description he says it works fine for the first 20 minutes or so after a boot but after that becomes to low. Now I'm wondering if this is the case and the difference I saw in the store is due to that unit having just been booted up. Can you try again after the phone has been booted for over 30 minutes (if it wasn't already)? In any case, is it possible to add a control to directly change mic gain in order to overcome possible hardware issue?

Did you check if the microphone hole is not clogged with dirt ?

Your cache is corrupted. That is why themes can't be applied (i know that some other custom rom corrupted cache when there were installed)

You must reformat your cache partition.

In recoveyr wipe menu, choose wipe data/factory reset

You will lose all you configured applications and data but cache will be reformated.

Hi all, my phone keeps shutting off itself after I flashed LCR-F 1.0, it runs smooth but it suddenly shuts off randomly.

Any advice?
