Acer liquid says that is charging at startup

When I power on or reboot the phone, the phone says that ir charging in the android status and the battery led also when I connect the usb cable and disconect the icon stays at the notificaon area, i bought the phone of second hand, it comes que LCR 1.8 flashed, before I flash the third leak of acer froyo rom and malez recovery with and do a full wipe, and the problems continue with the problem.

EDIT: If i conect to the charger and disconect the phone report his charging status correctly

PD: ¿ Some advice to improve battery life? Whit the cameron sino of 2000 mah mine last about 8 hours.
