Guest wazza2007 Posted October 20, 2011 Report Posted October 20, 2011 (edited) I drive a ford galaxy whose windscreen is beyond easy reach. The top part i can reach but not the lower half. I have an app on my ZTE Blade which makes the mobile acts like a car camera, basically recording your journey. I need a mount which can hold the mobile in landscape position, does not block the camera and can hold the phone vertically to record what is happening on the roads ahead. Would love it to be dash mounted otherwise it will have to mounted near the rear view mirror. My mobile has a silicon cover. Any suggestions? Do you think a long neck mount will vibrate? I have this combo http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0042FZ9K0 which is great as it sits really nicely on the dash and holds the phone at any angle you want. You would have to put the phone in with the screen facing in to get the camera to work if you have this mount but the company do loads of different mounts so you could probably find one that works for you.
