So now due to Currys security cock up my order is now out of stock and I have to wait for the next batch !!! pathetic customer service. I'm never using them again.... :P :D :D

I've phoned Dixons and been given an eleven digit tracking no for DHL does that sound right. I've googled DHL and put the number into express tracking and drawn a blank

If someone could provide their DHL tracking link (I didnt get an email) and the format of the number I'd appreciate the help

- Which/when can I find it in physical stores? (in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Dublin, Liverpool)

Spoke to Dixons rep tonight. They claim to have no idea when the Vega is going to be generally available in stores so you might have to wait a while.

Can anyone help. Our new Vega keeps shutting down for no reason and when you try and play music, web pages etc, it interrupts and shuts down also. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

So they say more stock is coming this afternoon... But on all 3 sites at the mo there seems to be a bug in the tablet section, whenever you click on anything it just refreshes the page. I sure hope they are upgrading the site to handle all the vegas there going to be getting :P. And its not going to glitch up and prevent my ordereing experience.

Have you got the standard software or have you upgraded? Even if you answer that question I won't be able to help come to think of it, but someone may! I don't think I've seen anyone else report that problem so far so perhaps it's a hardware fault?

i am from germany. so far i was not succesful even to SEE the device in stock.

i have no idea IF (when i once be able to order a tablet)

they can send the order to germany.

i don't know. but it seems i will have to wait far more.

Mine wont pick up emails, keeps changing songs half way through and keeps shutting down for no reason. I am not happy with it, can I return it to a PC World store?
