Download ROM from link in this post (Black System ROM)

1. First of all you need to flash this ROM through KDZ Firmware Updater.

2. Then turn on device with Volume Up+Search keys, now in Fastboot Mode.

3. Now you must run

fastboot -w

fastboot erase system

fastboot flash system system.img

fastboot reboot

I have downloaded Eclair source code from LG website and build system.img and kernel.img successfully in-conjunction with android source. But I need some clarifications Black system ROM is 140MB where as my system.img is 55MB, when I try to flash Gt540 with new system.img the device reboot LOOP.

How can I build ROM of same size, am I missing something during build process? any pointers on how to run own system.img without any issues will be very helpful
