I'm confused here. I've installed Sebastian's ROM, only thing I've done is turn on wireless, and install Quadrant, and I'm only getting 423, any ideas?

And I did a complete wipe beforehand also.

No. I'm running a version of Froyo that has been modded by Sebastian, and I'm trying it out. Flibblesan running a similar version got more than double what I did.

The one here. Just reinstalled again after a complete wipe, even wiped dalvik cache as well.

I think there's something up with your rom then, as flibble gets a lot higher result and so did Stephen.

knowing what those two guys are like, they probably have turned on HW acceleration.

So this chinese rom is a leaked debug build ? We haven't got a retail one ?

We should get someone from china to dump there retail 2.2 then :P . May have some bug fixes/changes.

reverted back to the de-orangeated ROM, and I get

Quadrant: 381

Linpack: 3.888

So still an improvement.

Did I ever mention I hate this whole Benchmarking thing? its a pointless dick waving contest, specaily when it comes to phones, a faster CPU wont get your pizza ordered any faster...

Oh god this is good.

Even the live wallpapers are perfect. Every thing works sans radio. Wifi is fine, pinch to zoom is fine, yaadadada.

It's great! Though curiously the Launcher Pro App Drawer is still really slow with live wallpapers.

I'd say so pretty much, though the online google apps that are installed won't connect/sync properly either. Apart from that it seems pretty damn good to me.

Yeah I'm not sure why they aren't connecting.. and without ADB I can't check logs.

Just bumped the heap size to 32mb and turned hw acceleration on..

Phew. Amazing.
