Guest ThrashMan Posted February 14, 2011 Report Posted February 14, 2011 (edited) An example of one that *might* work on the SF http://www.dealextreme.com/p/dual-sim-card...ne-3g-3gs-37817 An example of one *not* to use on the SF http://www.dealextreme.com/p/dual-sim-card...-iphone-4-49004 Notice the first one has the ribbon coming from the end of the SIM with the cut corner......that will slide straight into the SIM holder on the SF.....the second one has the ribbon comming from the end of the SIM without the cut corner and so the only way to get it in place is to push it through from the wrong end os the SIM holder.....REALLY BAD IDEA!!! I'm not sure there's room in the case of the SF to take the "no cut" type of dual SIM adapters though. Edited February 14, 2011 by ThrashMan

I'm not sure there's room in the case of the SF to take the "no cut" type of dual SIM adapters though. the no-cut electronic strip adaptor you've shown doesn't suppoert 3G only 2G...so defeats the object...the older analogue ones without the chip support 3G but you have to turn the mobile on and off to switch the sims.... also after about 3~4 months of use, folded over in the mobile, the copper in the strip will break and won't work anymore... I speak from experience, used it in my N95, no 3G support and after 3 months stopped working completely... Edited February 14, 2011 by dadashi
Guest shakerist Posted February 14, 2011 Report Posted February 14, 2011 so can anyone recommend a good 3g dual sim adapter that will work with giff gaff and three ?
Guest Rotmann Posted February 14, 2011 Report Posted February 14, 2011 As stated many times in this topic, MagicSIM 26th is the best 3G dual-SIM adapter for the Blade. RTDT!
Guest cidersid Posted March 7, 2011 Report Posted March 7, 2011 Me again, just to let you all know I'm still very happy with my MagicSIM, once you have it in place I wouldn't recommend taking it out too often though, it is a tight squeeze so I could see how you could break the flimsy connectors on the phone. Not had any problem putting mine in the sim slot of the phone using the slim cover provided - I certainly didn't need to put it in the wrong way, that sounds like a recipe for disaster! On another note, does anyone know of an app that will allow me to use this with Cyanogen? I have had no problems on Japanese Jellyfish but when I try to use STK (Sim Toolkit) with Cyanogen none of the options are responsive so I'm stuck with the one Sim basically. I did read somewhere that STK only works with Roms that use a particular install method otherwise it can't access the SIM card properly. I don't know how true this is, I don't even know where I read this - can't find it anywhere on the internet now... maybe I dreamt it all up! Any help will be much appreciated as I'd lovt to give Cyanogen a go. Cheers.

I'm having trouble with magicsim 28. Cannot get network connection with either sim. Cut sims work ok in individual plastic holder. Also sim toolkit disappears.Android 2.1 rooted and unlocked. Anyone any ideas.
