I have the MCR R3 Eclair ROM installed and have recently discovered the delights of framework modifications!

I have recently changed the framework on my San Fran to the REVOlution theme in this thread http://android.modaco.com/content/forum/31...ork-factory-v2/ - which I love and I don't want to lose.

I've now come across this thread and would love to change my bootscreen from the orange Modaco man.

I love the "peaking Android" man in bootscreen006 but I'm a bit lost on how to apply it, following the advice from the first thread that not to use these screens with modified themes.

Could someone help me out, either with step-by-step instructions or by creating a "signed zip" as I don't know what that is either, that I can then use with CWM.

I added no5 to the Revo and it worked on mine when I was on MCR 2.1. I did no6 for you here but I cant test it because I've installed 2.2 now (flash at your own risk!). Just back up before you try, and flash zip with clockwork like you did when you added the Revo theme originally.

Hey,

finally I was able to solve the bios bootanimation for zte blade (he finnish saunalahti version). Looks great and I am loving it. Next i will propably try to put a bootsound to match the animation.
