I want to download the official Windows Mobile 6.5 Arabic/English and I don't Know Where to download

The latest official ARABIC ROM as far I can remember was JP JF1 but I havnt used it because all arabic ROMS have very small memory size and some applications will not work like Resco Explorer etc
