Guest Echo30 Posted October 16, 2010 Report Posted October 16, 2010 I'm surfing around these sites: Samsung Wave, Bada forums And they have many widgets to download, people are making them etc. And after reading up it seems that Samsung made it so all widgets are compatible with touchwiz across all platforms. So I downloaded a few and installed them. Mostly they would have some sort of image when I pulled them onto my today screen, but mostly unfunctional. And some of the clocks couldn't even grab the time and were stuck at midnight. I haven't found any calendar widgets that worked either. Then I read something about a Samsung sdk? Is that some sort of software you must have for them to work? Or is the O2's touchwiz just too far behind the universal platform? I notice the bada, wave, etc all look like Touchwiz 3.0, something that we won't be getting. Any help is muchly appreciated of course! Thanks all.

Thanks all. some of them are working some of them are not working. most of the problems is the way of the connecting to the web. so if a widget in wave connects to web it will not work on O2! i recommend you to test your required widget on you O2 to see the result

Any idea why the calendar/agenda apps wouldn't? Is it as simple as editing where it looks for appointments?
