That's annoying - I've been phoning Orange upgrades every day since the launch last week, and they said they are not doing any kind of pre-order / reservation lists...... Orange Upgrade are unbelievable - kept phoning today - spoke to at least 5 different people and got a different answer each time: 'coming next week' , 'arrived yesterday but sold out' , 'coming today but not on system yet, try after 9' , 'coming later today' Luckily, one of the people I spoke to was actually helpfull, and called me back this afternoon to say they were on her system and upgraded me there and then.
