Needed - Missed call notifier as locked screen saver

A while back I saw a program for the Omnia II where a little green or blue icon would come up on your black, locked screen to let you know that you had missed a call or a text, etc. The little colored icon would continuously move around the screen to prevent burn in.

Does anyone know what that program was, I can't find it for the life of me?
