Guest milkykung Posted October 22, 2010 Report Posted October 22, 2010 (edited) I could not agree more with many of you right there. I always put any possible protection on my gadget regardless of the price of the gadget itself. Of course, this has to fall within my budget :P Seriously, OrangeSF is the cheapest yet the most powerful and entertaining gadget I have ever owned. I always place my SF on the pouch too :D I cannot keep my eyes off of the SF lol Cheers, Edited October 24, 2010 by milkykung
Guest Scatterbug Posted October 22, 2010 Report Posted October 22, 2010 I could not agree more with both of you right there. I always put any protection on my gadget regardless of the price. I always place my SF on the pouch too :P Cheers, Yep, I've always used a pouch/case and never placed on a hard surface - but still have wear.
Guest dadashi Posted October 22, 2010 Report Posted October 22, 2010 What Would Del Boy Do? :P nowt :D At least with the black ones we can cover the wear with a black marker......
Guest intlrc Posted October 22, 2010 Report Posted October 22, 2010 Because I want to keep my phone in a decent condition for as long as possible. I don't know about you or others but I don't really enjoy using a phone that looks like its been in an explosion. X2 thing is, i had a pulse before, the pulse even if it was plastic was very resistant, inside the pouch mine feel one or two times on the floor and no scratches. the san fran, just from wearing it on the pocket with coins the rubber peeled, maybe you guys are right i should have worn inside a sock or so nevertheless i still think it's a major flaw, come on just to rub some coins?
Guest mELIANTE Posted October 22, 2010 Report Posted October 22, 2010 (edited) Mine's still as new, and I don't use any protection on it, not even screen protector. I just put it in my pocket, of course I only put the phone in the pocket, nothing else. When I put it on a table it sits on my wallet; at home, on my desk, I have a cloth underneath it. Maybe I am overzealous, but my phones's appearence never degrade. Oh, and I almost never drop them :P Edited October 22, 2010 by mELIANTE
Guest flyingscotno1 Posted October 22, 2010 Report Posted October 22, 2010 Your argument doesn't hold water. It would cost LESS to NOT coat the plastic! Yeah but more to coat it in better material.
Guest dadashi Posted October 22, 2010 Report Posted October 22, 2010 here is a good solution, cover the rubber with rubber: http://www.avforums.com/forums/13217903-post73.html http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewIt...e=STRK:MEWAX:IT

Guest thomas01155 Posted October 24, 2010 Report Posted October 24, 2010 I always end up spinning my phone around in my hand without realizing :P

Guest southeastblue Posted October 26, 2010 Report Posted October 26, 2010 Noticed the corners of my San Fran getting very slightly worn if you look really closely. Gonna start to bug me, and I like to keep all my things as good as new... :P
