After using iGO8, other programs cannot detect the GPS

Not only that iGO8 kind of takes total control of my device's settings - backlight, orientation, etc, but after using it, other programs, like Google Maps and the camera cannot use GPS unless I turn off and then back on the "Manage GPS Automatically" in the device's settings. Have you noticed that?
