Every phone seems to come with some variety of junk on it. I imagine it's got a lot in common with the Droid 2/X, which might not be a good thing from a custom ROM pov (unless I'm out of date on that front)

Of course there are rumours going around of a galaxy S - nexus 2 variant... (not rugged)

I do like the idea of a rugged phone that can compete with the current high end stuff.

probably worth waiting out for these to come to market in somewhere other than the philipines
