I did. Tried tree pc's and also three different cables. Tried my friends liquid and that one works normally.

Liquid is working ok, can get into malez recovery. but fastboot fails. No connection to pc. looks like android is missing it's pc drivers.

Think i need to flash bin again but don't know how without usb connection.

Made a Tread:

I suggest you should flash your Liquid A1 to Acer ROM 2.1 first and then you can connect your Liquid to PC to do everything later.

1) Download the necessary files from this link: http://www.fileserve.com/file/zp37NrD

a) ROM 2.1 for SD card:

B) Unzip this zip file to have update.zip and image folder

c) Insert a new SD card or your SD card to PC and format it

d) Copy update.zip and image folder to root folder of SD card

e) Insert SD card in your Liquid and follow up the SD card flash process ( as my last notice)

After the ROM flash process finished, you do the below steps

a) Download USB driver for Liquid A1 : File name: USB Driver_Acer_1.0_A21E_Liquid E.zip File size: 65.08 MB. Then install it to your PC

:) Connect your Liquid to PC and try to mount it.

Believe you can connect your Liquid to PC to do something you want.

Thanks for your help!

Does this flash everything on the phone? Boot, recovery, rom etc.

or can i still acces malez recovery afterward?

What if i still cant connect to pc after. Is there still a way to install malez recovery so i am able to do a nandroid restore?

Yes, it cleans everything on your phone. If you use a new SD card to flash it and keep the existing SD card in safe place, you can do a nandroid restore later.

Hey guys...you try download Froyo ROM of Liquid E from below links

1) Download ROM of Liquid E (Froyo) : http://www.fileserve.com/file/5xutRP8

2) How to flash ROM with SD card

* Unzip the downloaded file and you will get 02 items: update.zip and folder image

* Copy both of them to SD card

* Power off your Liquid E

* Press and hold <Volume down> + <Camera> and press <Power> until it vibrates 3 times. Then release all.

It is used only for Liquid E not Liquid A1.

Sorry for possible stupid question. I have flashed Froyo91-rev4.3.zip. It is great rom, but camera, wifi not working, and some audio problems. Is Android 2-2 (Froyo) Liquid E.zip newer and lack those issues?

Thanks

ps I have liquid s100.

The new ROM of Android 2.2 (Froyo) for Liquid S100 (A1 & A1E) for you. If you know how to flash the ROM with the Acer download tool, it is easy to flash it.

1) Download the Acer download tool from this link: http://www.fileserve.com/file/xd35mjA

2) Download BIN file of Froyo version from this link : http://www.fileserve.com/file/CRfqZQ8

After finishing the downloads,

1)pls unzip both of them

2) Run acer_DownloadTool.exe

3) Select the correct .BIN file

4) Connect Liquid S100 via USB

5) Click "Start" to start flashing the Froyo ROM

6) Don't disconnect USB cable until the flash finishs and you see the completed message

Good luck! Enjoy your Liquid with Froyo

is it possible to revert to original OS if i flash the rom with this version? also do i need a backup of phone memory for that? (if yes how do i do that?) n is there anything that doesnt work with this version?

I have a ferrari edition ( build AAP)

thanks a lot!
