the avg score i got in linpack on stock speeds is 33

May I ask why is the Streak still unable to get scores like the Nexus One or the HD2 running Android? I've seen scores up to 60 in linpack!

Not that I'm complayning! I'm just trying to understand why? After all the three devices use exactly the same CPU - 1GHz Snapdragon QSD8250

I have the official version loaded now , but dint want to customize it yet , if 1.4 would be released today.

How come the 39.837 is the same?

I'll ask ahead of time - when you put out the 1.4 release, can you build it so that us folks that just used your three-step Fastboot process to update to the official Dell build can just do the same thing to get to your 1.4 build? Also, start a new thread for it please.

The streak's a powerful device, especially for gaming!

If we can get HDMI output working properly, imagine using a wii classic controller and a ps1 emulator :) Or snes or gameboy...

I know i'd sign up in a second!

Great work so far, I'm assuming I need to flash 1.1.1 then 1.4 doing a factory reset somewhere along the lines? I'm on the US 2.2 at the moment and it sucks -.-

Is camcorder working in this build?

oh, and do the phone numbers split up US style? It's kinda annoying for an english number to be formatted like this:

as opposed to

01942 735 461

I'd start making my own ROMS, but there's no point when you pretty much brew up the perfect ROM, all that could be better is possibly a Cyanogenmod port.

OK flashed 1.4 over 1.3 via Clockwork... No factory resetting. Worked fine, loaded within 2 minutes

Get the rebelsim 1.3firmware

With linpack it was easy to save scores from 1.4, import them into 1.6 and upload them... Thats been blocked now. I get 43/44 with 1.4 but unfortunately it wouldn't let me upload them with a "we know what you're doing" comment..

Scores from 1.4 are no longer recognised... Some of the other devices seem so far fetched that I think they were done with another hack of the scoring, from what I read there was a way of feeding the upload server what ever scores you wanted till it was patched..

35 ish is what you should get with stock froyo on the streak with some simple tweaks.

yes thats right cue_£2 the test build of 1.4 is mainly to test kernel changes
