Guest RoC1912 Posted December 16, 2010 Report Posted December 16, 2010 I found two wired things today. One is that the charging LED stops flash after a particular percentage (94% or more?). The other one is that I got a missed call and the LED shown "messages" not missed call. Any one has the same problem?

Guest calle_d Posted December 16, 2010 Report Posted December 16, 2010 I´ve just flashed this ROM and I really like it. Still like the dialer in LCR-F better though. Is there any way to use that dialer with this ROM?
Guest roggin Posted December 16, 2010 Report Posted December 16, 2010 yep, same happen to my phone. roggin r u still working on this rom? Hi wytek, yes, I am still here. :) I am working on wifi tether now. Btw, missed call notification led is fixing, I'll release in next version. Thanks.
Guest bais Posted December 16, 2010 Report Posted December 16, 2010 Hello roggin, could you try to include fast dormancy in your ROM? From what people said, it's not very hard to include after checking the Liquid Metal source. (You may ask koud, he's been trying to enable it)
Guest wytek Posted December 16, 2010 Report Posted December 16, 2010 wow thnx roggin, i was worried :) a "lil" (i hope) request, it's possible to change that ugly start up image "Froyo" ;) or can u tell me how to do it? (not the cyanogen animation, the first image)

Guest bais Posted December 16, 2010 Report Posted December 16, 2010 I installed it fine, if it doesn't work, try to clear Market's Cache: Settings/Applications/Manage Applications/All/Android Market/Clear Cache
Guest lvcargnini Posted December 16, 2010 Report Posted December 16, 2010 Hi, great cook this room. Please someone knows what is necessary to use the standard launcher that comes with Acer, not talking about AcerUI, but the standard Android launcher, I really don't want to use ADW or LauncherPRO I want the boring and simple Android Launcher. I have a backup of my original ROM, so if someone knows what I have to install and ow to get the AndroidUI working gave me a shout. I already pushed the AcerLauncher, but it is the AcerUI I really want the Froyo standard Launcher. Thanks
Guest simoneser Posted December 16, 2010 Report Posted December 16, 2010 You have to push Launcher2.apk
Guest lvcargnini Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 (edited) Hi, Someone had problems with Google Googles saying Unsupported system and requesting the IPV6 module form kernel ? Edited December 17, 2010 by lvcargnini
Guest xristoph Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 First of all: great work! The ROM works (mostly) like a charm! Gave my mobile a new lease of life after I managed to damage the screen; the replacement screen is EUR 50, and after the screen damage (lower and upper left corners broken) the stock ROM run pretty sluggishly. And I shall be getting a dual core phone soon... Anyway, I shall buy you a couple of beers (via paypal, that is). :) When trying to install Google Maps 5 today (Liquid A1), the system crashed every time I tried to update during installation. Re-flashed the ROM after mistakenly emptying Dalvik-cache (after which my mobile connection could not be restored). Install worked afterwards. After re-flashing the new ROM, I could install google maps without problems. I guess simply uninstalling maps would have fixed it as well...
Guest bzz11g Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 hi roggin can you post update with new market and camera from metall leaks? on my phone not working droidwall and addblock, its "must have" programs, can you fix it?
Guest roggin Posted December 18, 2010 Report Posted December 18, 2010 Hello roggin, could you try to include fast dormancy in your ROM? From what people said, it's not very hard to include after checking the Liquid Metal source. (You may ask koud, he's been trying to enable it) Hi bais, If you mean the ""Network Controlled Fast Dormancy", I am not sure, but I think it must be implemented in baseband processor not application processor. I'll ask koud. :) Thanks.
Guest vikings123 Posted December 18, 2010 Report Posted December 18, 2010 Roggin, When will you release the updated version?

The other one is that I got a missed call and the LED shown "messages" not missed call. Any one has the same problem? Yes, I can confirm the LED thing. It is not a big deal really. It stops flashing at 90% battery when charging. It would be better if it stops flashing only when it is full. One more thing, I can confirm also that the ringtone does not repeat for a call (I use the "slightly annoying" one normally). A small bug though (one can simply choose a longer ringtone).
Guest MCAlex Posted December 18, 2010 Report Posted December 18, 2010 Hi Roggin, I' ve a question : it's a few days I've a strange error : when I go on my "Gallery" or on "File Manager" and when I try to open a picture I receive the error "SD could be unmounted or not installed" ( Of course this error is in italian, so I try translate it ). I've also found another strange thing : I can't delete a file from my sdcard : I've tryed also to delete it from terminal emulator with SuperUser permissions. Plase, reply me :) Thanks
