i8000L ROM Update

Does anyone know if updating the PHONE part from the new ROM's will affect the 3G 850 band? I just want to know if I can update my phone completley with the I8000NXXJH2 ROM. The only problem is that I am in an area that only uses the 850 band for 3G service. :rolleyes:

according to your little info from the left, you have a i8000L. if that is the case, then you should not update the phone part, otherwise your 850 frequency will no longer be working. you can update the eboot, csc and pda part though.
