Guest slightee Posted March 11, 2011 Report Posted March 11, 2011 It seems Dell has released the ZTE Blade as Dell XCD35 in India. Price is a whopping Rs.16000, that`s more than £200 http://www.dell.com/in/p/mobile-xcd35/pd?cs=indhs1
Guest Bigbyte.me Posted March 13, 2011 Report Posted March 13, 2011 The Dell site and advertisements in local news paper says that now DELL xcd35 is shipping with Android 2.2. Dell xcd35 At this point the news may not have much significance since we already have some Excellent 2.2 ROMS by developers on this forum, but still for records. Some Indian user already having this phone may get his phone updated to 2.2 and post the dump here.

Guest NinByChoice Posted May 11, 2011 Report Posted May 11, 2011 I got mine 2 days ago. Dell have reduced the price here in India. I got mine for Rs 8,700 from Dell which translates to about £ 115. It still has the 2.1 and its a Gen 1 device. If anyone wants this Rom I can upload it. Regards
Guest JT_daniel Posted May 11, 2011 Report Posted May 11, 2011 Ninbychoice, You can get a free 2.2 Froyo upgrade in any of the Dell Service Centers. Just take it to them and they'll do it for you.
