Try changing the scaling mode? I've not used SNESoid but for GameBoid I had to set the scaling to simply 2xOriginal for it to run well in landscape.

Fruit Ninja, Badaboo and some old games on ScummVM. Oh and some SNES games on SNESOID.

BMS Full is a great snowboarding game.

My Paper Plane 2 is fantastically good fun, so accurate too.

MX Moto has me hooked the most though, Think Trials HD for the Android.
