you have reported this issue and below is my answer to you:

they are banned because of their behaviour and disrespect other members/mod who dose not speak Russian language, not because they are Russian. bigbear was nice enough not to take action, but i'm not bigbear, any kinda of this behaviour will be executed immediately without warning. the member who called me A** hole is banned for 999999 days by another mod early this afternoon.

we are very serious about this kind of issues and we will not tolerate.

if you would take a moment and read below quotes, you should know why they are banned.

Not to make light of this, but to the member who was banned for 999999 days... Good riddence! We'll chat with him again sometime in mid September in the year 4749 (give or take... I'm bored, but not bored enough to factor in leap years)
