how to access voice mail?

i have liquid e in canada on fido with latest froyo leak and lcr 1.1.2

i have no idea how to access my voice mail, its standard voice mail, and i do not know the fido voicemail settings or voicemail number, please help

and is there a way to get messege on screen saying i have a voice mail?
