720P fix for both my build and official - confirmed working

ok folks looks like i may have found a fix for both my build and the users having trouble with official build for the 720p force close.

looking to have this tested mainly im not 100% certain it works (one success so far)

download the following file: http://downloads.streakdroid.com/testing/dsp1.mbn

flash the above file using fastboot

fastboot -i 0x413c flash dsp1 dsp1.mbn

reboot your streak and try 720

if users could report success/fail and what device variant they are using it would be helpful also

Done,

O2 Device, running 1.4.1, 720p camcorder working. havent checked actual quality yet but no longer FC

Another small issue down, just a few more to go then we have the ultimate rom for the streak. Thanks Mr Hyde

I use your 1.1.1 build (cos i like it) is there a way of getting the front camera working in the 1.1.1 build, ie what part needs extracting from the 1.4? Or isn't that possible?

Worked great using Official 2.2, but you already know this given I was your guinea pig B)

But for everyone else, 720p works without FC after applying this flash :)

flashed the dsp1

no FC on custom in camcorder, still 3gpp but played back fine on the streak..

My only remaining major problem is the "Too many redirects" on WiFi.

Did not think that fix would take you long! superb..

You have time to look into the problem with 'too many server page redirect' issue with the offical (not mod by you) release Stephen? Do not get this with Opera Mini web browser just with stock, Dolphin etc.

ps - this only occurs with WIFI - not on 3G.

Fix works a treat for me, Playback through Dell DRM Player, RockPlayer & arcMedia all play lovely.
