I stumbled across two .apk's last night which are suppose to give flash 10.1 on android 2.1.

I put one on my phone and it installed okay, but how can I tell if it works properly or am I just wasting my time with these files, living in dream land.

This the one that I used - http://www.mediafire.com/?y4o3n23v9ykkeg5

I haven't used this one - http://www.mediafire.com/?k7rv3zjt7b65cpe

your 42 years old! Im just a stupid kid wasting my time but arent you supposed to have a life? B)

No offence though :)

the flash on 2.1 file i used crashed my browser so if you can browse normally thats a good sign.

to see if it works try a website with flash vids (p0rn sites, iwatchthesimpsonsonline.net or the dialy show)

good luck

There is another thread about this.

And I'll say this only once: WE CAN'T HAVE FLASH that is > 10.

Our CPUs aren't supported.

U can have flashlite (that works quite good on 2.1) and use it for navigating in flash enabled sites, but that's it.

No offence taken, its just my new toy to play with, so like to see what it does.

The reason I asked this is I received an email, which had a link to a video, so I clicked the link, and the video said it was going to play in my video player, although the sound was good, but the picture wasn't smooth. I then removed the Flash this afternoon and tried the link again and it which wouldn't play, needs a flash plugin etc, is what it said.

So it probably works in some form of manner, and if I was overclocked perhaps it could be better, or perhaps it needs a better video player more optimised to play it back better.

I think I will put it back on tonight and try some other sites, its just I wasn't sure if they were Flash video.
