To solve your problem,try to install BusyBox from the Market,open the busybox app,grant the root access and click on "Install" button,reboot,then try to open again titanium. Make me know if this works ;) (Otherwise you can try to click the "Problems?" button in Titanium app,this will surely solve the problem) Yes it works. I have only one request : is it possible to replace your 'funny' start animation by the original one ? EDIT : Forget it !
