usb tethering, front cam... make that silly 'audio only' msg dispear from vids (not that thats a big concern) & i can't think of a single thing left to resolve...

& all before dell have even manged to make the internet work in 2.2 :D

Can someone please let me know what do to if I am stuck at "waiting for device" when I try fastboot commands?

You have to install the drivers for the phone, I believe they only become available when you install the Dell Streak PC Software Suite.

Just wanted to report that Stephens latest version 1.4.6 seems to have sorted the accelerometer issue... Has anyone else still got the problem?

If not, maybe worth removing this from the 'known issue' list?

I haven't installed the 720 video fix yet... Don't know whether that has relevance.

Gotta say, this version is superb... Especially now that I'm used to SetCPU and have it set to 245/245 when the screen is off - saves battery life very nicely!

This ROM is heavily updated and still being developed at a fairly rapid pace.

The update process is now very simple to do but it does require that you flash a new baseband

IF YOU ARE USING A REBELSIM AND DONT NEED WIFI TETHERING PLEASE STICK WITH V1.1.1 AS FLASHING THIS ROM WITHOUT BASEBAND WOULD CAUSE FLASHING LEDS SYNDROME - AND REBEL SIM CANT WORK WITH NEW BASEBAND AS YET

Accelerometer is dodgy at times but i cant pin down the issue - usually going into settings > display and toggling auto rotate on and off fixes

This can be rooted using universal androot but could take 2 attempts

I'm just so used to flashing unsigned code on my Nexus and requiring a full wipe of data, cache, and Dalvik. This should be a nice change of pace!

It's been that way for some (myself included) for the past many releases so I don't see this to be any different. But we'll find out soon enough. I've been refreshing this page since 8:00am Eastern. LoL
