happen many times with programs like profileswitch, jacksms, pocketshield that i have the outofmemoryexception and it's strange because i have a lot of free ram available

Try to install the attached file into the device, then reboot and monitor how it performs. Hope it can solved your problem.

(I have found that later versions of profile switch work OK, but I have not tested it that much, ie, I have not choosen any programs to start at profile switch)

Are you sure that the 100MB free you mentioned is not your phone storage?

So far I have not seen any stock firmwares with 100MB free RAM. It is usually around 60MB-80MB on first bootup.

As for phone storage, 100MB is possible.
