Video Call Failure on i8000

I've recently discovered that I can't seem to make video calls on my i8000. I get the video call failure message each time.

I'm running a custom ROM by Rapid. Stats are as follows

PDA: RAPIDNXXJF5

CSC: I8000XEUJE1

PHONE: I8000XXIK3

Need advice and/or a work around to solve this problem. Would appreciate any help.

dont know if it helps, I also had this problem once and it turned out I needed to call up the phone carrier to tell it to reset the video call function and it works afterwards
