* Is JumboFiles.com free to use?

Yes!! JumboFiles.com is 100% free.

* Do you have any type of download restrictions?

- None at all!

- Users from all countries are allowed to download and use all features of our site.

- No restrictions on parallel downloads, you can download as many files as you want at the same time.

- We do not have any download limits, ie. hourly/daily/etc.

* Do you support MP3 embed?

Yes!! You can get the embed code from the MP3 download page.

* What is the max file size I can upload?

Your files can be up to 1000MB (free user) / 2000MB (premium user) and we allow split archives.

* How many times can a file be downloaded? How many files can I upload?

Downloads are unlimited and uploads are unlimited up to your 500GB storage space.

* How can I upload multiple files at a time?

After selecting your first file, click browse again to select another file.

You can upload up to 10 files (free user) / 20 files (premium user) at a time.

* Do you have a desktop upload program?

You can download our desktop upload program here

It is only compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7.

* How long will the file be stored?

Your files will never be deleted as long as it has at least 1 download in the last 30-90 days, please check for the

filesize listed in the table below. These limits are not strictly enforced, in reality, sometimes it will take longer to

delete if there is no need and there are lots of storage space available.

Unregistered / Registered Free User :

25MB or less - 90 days from date of last download

25MB - 100MB - 45 days from date of last download

100MB - 2000MB - 30 days from date of last download

To free up resources for other users, files uploaded by an unregistered user with 0 downloads, meaning files that are

uploaded but has never been downloaded may be removed after 15 days from the date of the upload. For registered

free users, your file may be removed in 90 days, 45 days, or 30 days depending on filesize (see table above).

Images viewed and MP3 streamed on the download page counts as downloads (download counter increases).

MP3 embeds will count as downloads towards the inactivity days but your download counter will not increase.

Unregistered = users who are not logged in when uploading

Registered free users = users who have registered for a free account and are logged in when uploading

Premium users = users who have a premium account and are logged in when uploading

* Can I hotlink my files?

Free users are not allowed to hotlink.

Premium users have hotlink bandwidth of 100 GB / month.

If hotlink bandwidth exceed 100 GB / month, free users will need to view download page to download files.

Premium users can buy additional one-time hotlink bandwidth if they used all their hotlink bandwidth before

the monthly reset period. The one-time hotlink bandwidth do not expire and the included hotlink bandwidth

is deducted first before the one-time hotlink bandwidth.

* What is prohibited to upload?

- Pornography (including child pornography)

- Material you do not have permission to upload

- Please check our terms of use for further details

* How do I delete a file I uploaded?

Use the unique delete link that was provided to you after your upload finished.

Alternatively, if you were logged in when uploading, you can delete it from your account area.

* What is the difference between free account and premium account?

* Can I get a free premium account?

It is possible to get free premium account by redeeming points that you earn for each download.

1 point is added for every download of filesize more than 1 Mb.

* I lost the password to my account and the reset password feature is not working?

Some emails from our server may be blocked or are being sent to the "junk mail" folders.

Please check those folders and if you still do not see password reset instructions, contact us at support(at)jumbofiles.com
