I fixed mine by changing from googlemail.com to gmail.com. Not sure what I'll do next time it happens though - change it back? Common fixes include enabling and disabling flight mode, along with clearing the cache associated with the Market application. Man I cant change it unless i do a factory reset. Oh well, I wanted to try out your rom when I buy a new sd card ( for a bigger swap partition ). Ive got enough apps to survive a while.
