Help needed ... 2.1 to 1.6 downgrade ... 21 to 00 build ...

Hi all,

Hoping for some help - i've read through numerous posts and keep coming to a stop with dead file links.

I need to return my Streak to Dell as it has a mic issue but i'm currently running O2 (21) 2.1 8105 build and need to downgrade to the unlocked (00) 1.6 4399 build.

Would anyone have working links to the correct files that i need? And maybe a guide to using them without running Android SDK?
