I searched and cannot find the answer, does OMNIA II's digital compass work in any version of Google Maps like the HD2?

I may be buying an OMNIA II soon, and would be very happy if it did work.

simple answer is no. i8000 dose have a compass but you can't use it with gmap. have to use the code to get to it.

Ah that's a shame, and if Google hasn't already incorporated the DC for Omnia II then I doubt they will now that WM is going out the door.
