incoming calls shows as missed calls by uknown number

i have a problem and i am wondering if anyone has the same problem as me. i am running a lite rom I8000NXXJE2 (i don't remember who's rom is it) with spb mobile shell 3.5.5 (with mobile sense 3.5.3) Spam alert contact manager and S2U2. Sometimes, with no apparent reason, when an a contact of mine calls me the phone doesn't ring at all but instead a missed call by an unkonwn number appears! i tired a different light rom with the same configuration and the same. i even tried resco contact manager instead of Spam alert an the problem appeared again. has anyone the same problem?? can anybody provide a solution??

On my phone the problem appears if the caller closes the conversation very quickly and the number couldn't be even recognized.

i suffered from this problem a long time ago......... I tried to find some solution.. but nothing came out.... asked in 100 other thread.... no body answered... so i started my own test.....

i used the phone ex incoming call utility.... i also disabled windows dialer for Higher performance from the option of phn ex....

if u also did the same u will surely get the incoming unknown caller problem....

if u dont use phon ex but disabled the samsung dialer then u will also get this problem....

THE ONLY SOLUTION FOR ME TILL NOW is that NEVER disable samsung dialer

test it yourself.... you wont get any problem....

if u use phone ex and winmo 6.5 then DO NOT disable the windows phone from their option and also check use phn x incoming call..... the phn x incoming call screen will over lap the 6.5 call screen.....

but in 6.5.3 this does not work... i simply had to turn off the 'use phn x incoming call' option off.....

so long story short DO NOT DISABLE SAMSUNG DIALER.............
