How to dump the ROM of V880 sample handset(Chinese Blade)

I helped kk_ray backup the system files on msn so thats them there.

Looking at the build.prop compared to the old chinese rom we had.

This one is

ro.build.date=Mon Oct 11 16:29:22 CST 2010

ro.build.sw_internal_version=P729CUV1.0.0B04

The older one was

ro.build.date=Thu Sep 2 10:54:26 CST 2010

ro.build.sw_internal_version=P729CUV1.0.0B01

Also the new one seems to add opengl in the notes.

Someone can take a look see if we get anything good

Anybody know what I need to change in my recovery.img (yes of course after I extract it in kitchen) to skip FTM and go into recovery mode? I need it for my new V9 Tab

Have you tried recovery manager from sebastian ?

It can install clock and roms from the app

Or from a terminal try reboot -n (or -p)

Yes I tried, and he added my zImage into a working v9 recovery, but voldown+pwr not work so I can use recovery, but it not works when I have no adb or not booted the phone (so if I miss something in boot.img my phone will die)

Only thing I need to know what need to modify to get in recovery with vol down + power.
