Did you rebuild the boot.img ? You have to rebuild it or it doesnt work.

I think the original boot partition image was a full dump, so it had a bit over 1MB of junk on the end.

The boot.img from tomg is the only one mine boots with. If i repack it i get no boot. If i flash rickywyatts repacked one it doesn't boot either.

Yeah, I have repacked, and it worked, but it seems flaky, sometimes I flash and it doesn't.

Something strange is definitely going on... I can also flash Tom G's and have it work sometimes and othertimes not!
