I don't think there's any good free keyboard on the market. :P But there's a few demos to paid keyboards: SwiftKey and SlideIT, try them... SwiftKey is like Touchpal+ (it can even guess what you are most likely to write based on your sms messages). SlideIT is like Swype but some say it's better.
