Guest Posted December 4, 2010 Report Posted December 4, 2010 I'm sure orange said via their twitter account that there wouldn't be a froyo release for the SF. Btw i can't find anywhere on the phone to check for software updates, is there even a way for end users to upgrade to froyo or to a bugfixed version of 2.1 in the future without having to take it into an orange shop and have them run custom software to update it? My htc wildfire has an update function but i can't find it on the SF.
Guest HMZX Posted December 24, 2010 Report Posted December 24, 2010 (edited) As ZTE are the real winner here - Orange are selling lots of their devices - I am sure they have an interest in keeping their OS up to date.... Steven, are orange going to release an advanced version of the SF? like a middle cost smartphone? maybe the orange las vegas? :( Edited December 24, 2010 by HMZX

Guest RNBW Posted March 11, 2011 Report Posted March 11, 2011 Is it likely that due to the rapidly changing situation regarding Android versions that 2.2 might be missed and 2.3 or 3.0 be the upgrade/
Guest rubik777 Posted March 11, 2011 Report Posted March 11, 2011 Hi all! Just want to tell you that ZTE Blade comes out in Bulgaria this month. Bulgarian telecommunications company "Globul" branded with the name "Z3". It is official announced with 2.2 froyo.
