I Just had a chat with O2 support and they refused to unlock on the grounds that I needed to have been on PAYG for 12 months before they would do it. initially they said they had to do this to recoup the cost of selling me the phone below cost. When I pointed out that I'd bought it at full price from Carphone Warehouse, thinking it would be unlocked (it wasn't) they still wouldn't budge. I then sent them a copy of the message above (10.28) saying O2 had just started unlocking Streaks. They still wouldn't budge. So, I asked for details of how to complain. They gave a snailmail address. When I asked for email they said they don't do it, but I could fax. When I said I don't fax they suggested I went to the O2 store and used theirs! Cutting edge stuff this! Does anyone have an email address for complaints?

After 2 replys (exclusivity,no unlock policy) I get to Sajar yesterday who said will pass the unlock codes.I am still waiting.... Come on ......
