Guest Paul Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 If you upgrade to r3 and don't see any of the fixes, please wipe to confirm issue before posting (as always). P
Guest Alex_P Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 Yes, calendar is great now, thanks! (I hope it isn't considered spamming that I seem to just keep posting to say thanks! ;))

Guest abdidas Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 why doesn't it say 3G+ like it did in 2.1?
Guest sorrowuk Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 why doesn't it say 3G+ like it did in 2.1? Yeah I noticed this too. On 2.1 when you were in a Hsdpa data area the symbol changed from 3G to 3G+. In this 2.2 build it just stays as 3G. Don't know if you can change it ?

Guest Nanuqe Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 (edited) You sure? Play a bit with the display options. I tried to import the contacts from the sim but there are no contacts to import except customer care, account management, weather and so on.. Edited December 3, 2010 by Nanuqe
Guest tcpaulh Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 OK, helped myself: Howto add app2sd to the image: Extract 40a2sd file from FrankishFroyo ROM: http://android.modaco.com/content/zte-blad...yo-r1-old-a2sd/ found in path /system/etc/init.d Open the modaco .zip file and add the attached file (40a2sd) to the path /system/etc/init.d Then close the .zip file, copy to the device and flash it. Voila. ;) Umm, cheeky question. Would someone be kind enough to upload 40a2sd somewhere? I'm without broadband and relying on 2g tethering at the moment :P. Getting 3KB a sec and the download keeps failing.

Guest Nebbo Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 Hi, i'm italian, and i'm so sorry for the eventual error on write this message; i would like know if with this ROM Froyo alpha 2 the FM radio work completly or for few seconds. thanks for all and for Paul for hard work for our Blade As far as I know the FM Radio is not working yet, we will need to wait for further developments. Thanks for your work on this Paul, I bought a fancy orange phone and suddenly I'm in an exciting world of Flashing Baked ROMS ;)
Guest BruceYU Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 I am a newbie. prob it is dumb question. why desnt the dump ROM work straightaway, if the hardware is the same? ;)
Guest lixcab Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 (edited) Calendar day view. Sorry. Edit: Other views are spot on though. ;) Edited December 3, 2010 by lixcab
Guest Arr Too Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 Chinese V880 is not exactly the same, and they didn't add all the nice Google stuff (they're using Java apps instead) so there's loads of stuff that needs adding (and then fixing). A Froyo release from ZTE with all the Google stuff on it (and working!) may one day appear, and hopefully be easier for us to use.
