Hi, I do succeed to make french pack work

FC was on market for me (Vending.apk)

I took Vending.apk from English language pack (http://www.dphase.net/miui/Desire/miui-0.12.18_DESIRE-EN_PACK1.zip) and replace

the one in french language pack http://forums.miui-dev.com/showthread.php?...AIO-(N1-Desire) for Desire

and of course replace the proper build.prop

here are my steps :

- restore stock ROM from nandroid backup

- wipe manually

- flash unsigned

MIUI-Liquid-0.12.17-MarkII.zip

MIUI-0.12.17-0.12.18.zip

miui-bravo-0.12.18-patch_fr.zip (modified version)

miui-bravo-0.12.18-to-0.12.18.1-signed.zip (modified version)

FRGingerBreadLatinIME.zip

I have a probleme with the ext partition for app2sd.

When i make an ext partition with Malez recovery, Miui don't recognize the sd card and want me to format it.

But when I format it, there is no more ext partition.

Can you help me?

This patch flashes a different boot.img on your phone. Unfortunately,this fix is working only with Eclair,no way to port it to MIUI afaik

I had the same bug, fc of keyboard after the flashing of miui 11.18. But i reflashed the patch, now, it works fine =)
